Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services provided by K2D (Kar Ke Dekho). We act solely as a service facilitation platform and do not function as a government authority.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Payment was successfully made but the service was not initiated
- Duplicate payment for the same service
- Technical failure on our platform preventing service initiation
- Transaction failure where payment was debited but service could not start
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Service has already been initiated or processed
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user
- Rejection or delay caused by government authorities or third-party systems
- User changes their decision after service initiation
- Successful completion of the requested service
- Fees charged by third-party providers or government entities
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are allowed only before service processing begins
- Once processing starts, cancellation may not be possible
- Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis
5. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via the Contact Us page
- Provide order ID, payment reference, and reason for refund
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days
- You will be notified of approval or rejection via email
6. Refund Timeline
- UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days
Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during checkout. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate accounts.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued where a portion of the service has already been completed or where operational costs have already been incurred.
9. Payment Gateway & Third-Party Charges
Payment gateway fees, bank charges, and third-party service fees are non-refundable, as these are charged directly by external providers.
10. Force Majeure
Refunds may be delayed or unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, system outages, regulatory changes, or third-party failures.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, users may escalate their concern by contacting our support team. Final resolution will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
