1. Service Description

K2D (Kar Ke Dekho) is a digital service facilitation platform that assists users in preparing and submitting applications for various government-related and utility services such as mobile recharge assistance, document application support, and form submission guidance.

K2D does not act as a government authority, nor does it issue or approve any official documents. We act solely as a service facilitator to help users complete and submit applications accurately.

We do not sell, misuse, or independently use any personal or identity documents submitted by users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the K2D platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Upload genuine and valid documents only
  • Use the platform for lawful and legitimate purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensure documents belong to them or they have authorization to submit

K2D is not responsible for incorrect information provided by users.

4. Use of PAN, Aadhaar & Identity Documents

  • K2D does NOT misuse, sell, or share PAN, Aadhaar, or any personal identity documents.
  • Documents are used only for the purpose explicitly selected by the user, such as application submission or document formatting.
  • We do not perform KYC, verification, or identity validation on behalf of any government authority.
  • We do not store documents permanently unless required for processing and user access.
  • Uploaded documents are handled securely and are accessible only to authorized systems.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Upload fake, forged, or manipulated documents
  • Attempt to misuse identity information
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
  • Access or attempt to access restricted systems
  • Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability; however, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

K2D is a facilitation service provider and shall not be liable for:

  • Rejection or delay of applications by government or third-party authorities
  • Errors caused by incorrect user-provided data
  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control
  • Losses arising from misuse of the platform

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid by the user.

8. Payments & Fees

  • All service fees are displayed clearly before payment confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
  • K2D does not store card, UPI, or banking details.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of K2D or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

We collect only the minimum information required to provide our services.

We do not sell or misuse personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
